Dominating Effects of Globalization on the Education Model in Ukraine in the Context of Strengthening of the State Social Security

Анотація

The article defines the main problems of forming the model of education in Ukraine through the prism of ensuring the economic security of the state. The authors substantiate the main dominant influence of globalization on the current state of education in Ukraine and prove the dependence of sustainable socio-economic development and the achievement of a sufficient level of social security of the state on the level of development of society and man. The article establishes the necessity of introducing the latest technologies in the field of education, expanding and improving forms of education, developing the information space, activating the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, creating conditions for proper physical education and recreation of the individual. It is proved that our country, unfortunately, is lagging behind concerning the level of education and scientific level of citizens; therefore, global education should correspond to scientific and technological progress, taking into account the development of technologies in the world market. On the basis of empirical research, with the help of MS Excel and CurveExpert 5.0 software, the authors conducted research and forecasting of the level of public financing of education, as well as analyzed the number of people studying in educational institutions. The article outlines ways of reducing the negative impact of globalization processes on Ukraine's social security. In order to minimize the negative impact of globalization on education in Ukraine, the authors proposed to increase the volume of investments in human capital, taking into account artificial intelligence, virtual reality and excessively rapid development of nanotechnologies and robotics. In addition, the need to intensify the search for ways of international educational experience, the desire to participate in youth exchange projects, which will help in self-expression of our citizens, in the development of self-confidence and improvement of language competences, is substantiated. All stated above, under the influence of posttransformational changes and post-crisis economic development of Ukraine, will lead to an improvement in the socio-economic indicators and will allow to increase the level of socio-economic development and social security of the country, as well as integrate into the world economic community.
