Conceptual and methodical bases formation of the industrial development enterprise strategy on the bases of business partnership in the knowledge economy conditions

Анотація

The development of any type of strategy should take into account not only known things - mandatory conditions and restrictions as the presence of: a) the main areas of activity of the enterprise; b) stages of its development; c) the functionality of strategic management, but also forecast changes, make the most of available knowledge, attracting for their development the resources of business partners and social partners. Resources are investments of the enterprise in the production process of its activities. These are: industrial machines and mechanisms, technologies, competencies and intellectual potential of personnel. Balancing is based on the principle of self-improvement and innovative self-development of each of the partners. The partnership envisages that each of its participants plans its overall and innovative development in the future, taking into account the interests of others. Therefore, an innovative business partnership increases the interdependence of its participants and creates the need for separation of control and monitoring functions, acting as a compromise between consumers in resources and control related to their ownership.
