THE IMPACT OF MOTIVATIONAL MANAGEMENT ON THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PERSONNEL, BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION
Анотація
The article investigates the influence of motivational management on the development of professional competence of personnel and the efficiency of business processes in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. It is substantiated that motivational management is an important factor in the formation of human capital, increasing labor productivity, developing digital competencies and ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual model of the relationship between motivational management, professional competence of personnel, the efficiency of business processes and the competitiveness of the enterprise. The methodological basis of the study is the system, process and competency approaches, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis and structural-logical modeling. As a result of the study, the role ofdigital technologies in the transformation of motivational management through the implementation of HR analytics, automation and digital learning platforms was determined. The proposed model can be used to increase the efficiency of personnel management, optimize business processes and strengthen the competitive positions of enterprises in the digital economy.
