The Economic and Legal Mechanism for Organizing Maritime Foreign Trade and Transit Transportation in Ukraine
Анотація
The article explores the economic and legal mechanism for organizing maritime foreign trade and transit transportation in Ukraine. It analyzes the regulatory and legal framework governing the functioning of maritime transport in the context of international trade and transit. The role of maritime transport in ensuring Ukraine's logistics capability as a transit state, considering its geostrategic location, is examined. Special attention is given to the issues of legal regulation, institutional support, and the impact of economic factors on the efficiency of maritime transport operations. Based on the conducted analysis, proposals are formulated to improve the mechanisms of state regulation and enhance the competitiveness of Ukrainian maritime transport in the context of European integration and globalization.
