Анотація
The current stage of development in most countries of the world is characterized by the intensification of the introduction of digital technologies in all ISSN 2695-1592 (Online) 235 spheres of public life.The relations between business, citizens, and government are rapidly reformatting.The digital economy, digital public services, e-governance, open data, digital rights, digital skills of citizens, etc. are undergoing rapid changes, and the need for new and effective approaches to digitalization processes is being realized.European countries have developed a number of policy documents that define the main ways and priority steps of digitalization.The article analyzes and summarizes the approaches to digital transformation by the EU countries, which may be useful for adjusting the national digital transformation policy at the current stage of Ukraine's development.
