Анотація

The purpose of the article is to develop promising ways of improving the administrative legislation, which establishes the legal foundations of the administrative-legal status of the leadership of the National Police.The article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as the scientific views of scientists, highlights the gaps and shortcomings in the current administrative legislation, the norms of which are aimed at regulating the administrative and legal status of the management of police bodies.The author's vision of ways to improve administrative legislation, which establishes the legal basis of the administrative-legal status of the management of the National Police, has been formed.
