CONTENT CHARACTERISTICS OF INNOVATIVE AND INFORMATIONAL CHANGES IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
Анотація
A comprehensive and multi-level study of the substantive characteristics of innovation and information changes in the national economy has been carried out. The substantive characteristics of the innovation and information economy as a qualitatively new stage of development of the economic system based on knowledge, information and intellectual capital have been revealed. The key characteristics of innovation and information changes have been detailed, in particular digitalization, intellectualization, networking, platformization, virtualization of economic processes, as well as the growth of the role of data as a strategic resource. The impact of innovation and information changes on structural changes in the economy, labor productivity, labor market transformation and increasing the competitiveness of the state has been substantiated. Some problems of the development of the innovation and information economy in Ukraine have been analyzed, and directions for overcoming them have been identified.
