InVesTmenT Image anD InVesTmenT aTTracTIVeness Of uKraIneOn The wOrlD sTage summary.Attracting foreign investment in Ukraine is very important for transformation of it's economy.As the economic growth rate of the country depends on the structure and volume of investments, it's necessary to increase the image of the country in the world market.Because the image of the country creates the conditions for investment and becomes a guarantee for the protection of the investor from possible investment risks.At the article considered the image of Ukraine in the investment environment, the institutional, economic and social factors that are forming an investment attractiveness of the state and it's components.Are determined the competitive advantages of Ukraine to investors du to other countries and the influence of the state image on the distribution the investments.Has been assessed Ukraine's investment attractiveness by the Investment Attractiveness Index and has been analized the country's investment climate for 2016-2018 by the researching the country's position in international rankings, including International Business Compass, Doing Business, The Global Competitiveness Index, Economic Freedom Index and FDI Index.On the basis of the conducted research, have been summarized the main factors of attraction the foreign investments into the country's economy.It is determined that the following steps should be taken to improve the investment climate and intensify investment activity in Ukraine: reducing administrative barriers by eliminating bureaucracy and corruption; providing transparency to the business regulation system; ensuring the stability of investment legislation; creation of a modern system of state guarantees for protection of foreign investments; settlement of commercial disputes between the subjects of the investment process; stabilization of the banking system and prevention of further bankruptcies of financial institutions; providing an effective insurance mechanism foreign investors from risks; providing a competitive environment, etc.
