STABILIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF A MEDIUM-SIZED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL ASPECTS

This article outlines key aspects of developing an information management system for the investment and construction activities of KrosStroy LLC, a Sevastopol-based company with contracting volumes of up to 1 billion rubles per year. This system is intended to serve as a proposed, effective model for medium-sized construction companies. The research focus is on the activities of mid-sized construction contracting companies (with turnover of up to 1 billion rubles per year). The research focuses on the production and financial performance indicators over the past decade in relation to the management system of a specific construction company, including organizational structure, planning methods, control, HR policy, digital technologies, and project management tools. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the adaptation of modern management technologies (digital solutions, project-based approaches, and process management) to the operating conditions of small and medium-sized construction companies in the southern region.Results: The study demonstrated that improving the management efficiency of a mid-sized construction contracting company is only possible through a comprehensive transformation of most key management processes. Using the example of KrosStroy Construction Company LLC, key development areas were identified, including streamlining the organizational structure, implementing modern digital tools, formalizing business processes, and modernizing the employee incentive system, and many of these have already been implemented. Even amid a significant decline in the construction contracting services market, stabilization occurred, and the company's traditional financial and economic performance indicators clearly improved. An economic assessment demonstrated the high effectiveness of the proposed measures: with an annual turnover of 400 million rubles, the cumulative effect amounts to 40-45 million rubles per year with a justified investment of approximately 16 million rubles, demonstrating a rapid return on investment and financial feasibility.
