Анотація
The relevance of the material stated in article, is caused by urgent needs of society to overcome the global economic crisis, to find ways to further de- velopment of economic and financial systems of the world, including Ukraine. The analysis of structured financial instruments on the global economic crisis opens op- portunities for further understanding the progress of international economic rela- tions, creates conditions for prevention global shocks. Considered in the article the newest financial instruments can be a powerful factor in the development of mod- ern financial system of the world in their proper use.
