TYPES AND FORMS OF INTERACTION OF THE INVESTIGATOR WITH OFFICIALS AND UNITS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE

Анотація

The article analyzes the scientific and practical approaches to determining the types and forms of interaction of the investigator with officials and units of the National Police. The classification of types and forms of interaction is carried out. It is determined that the forms of interaction of the investigator should be divided into procedural and non-procedural (organizational). It is concluded that procedural forms of interaction are the type of criminal procedure relations that are regulated by current criminal procedure legislation, and non-procedural (organizational) regulated by departmental regulations (orders, instructions, procedures, instructions, etc.) and norms of professional ethics, which are formed by practice.
