BUDGET RESOLUTION – THE BASIS OF THE BUDGET POLICY OF UKRAINE
Анотація
In this article it is considered the conceptual foundations of the main directions of the budget policy. The author determines problematic aspects of the Ukrainian Budget Resolution. It is analyzed the main provisions of the first and last budget resolutions. The proposals for improving the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine to the main directions of the budget policy are presented.
