High order ODE’s approximations for Goodwin’s business cycle model
Анотація
We studied the possibility of describing both long-periodic solutions and short-periodic solutions for the Goodwin business cycle model with a continuously distributed investment lag using differential equations. It is shown that such equations can be formulated on the basis of the Padé approximants of the exponential function. The resulting differential equations of the 4th-7th order qualitatively describe the temporal dynamics of the national income.
