Conceptual provisions for modelling financial and economic stimulation of the development of national smart-industry

Анотація

For the development of smart industry in Ukraine, it is necessary to intro-duce advanced technologies at domestic enterprises, including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis (Big Data), cloud technologies and others, which accelerate production processes, increasing productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of production in indus-try. However, the introduction of advanced technologies at domestic enter-prises, corresponding to the level of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ukraine, are in the initial stages and require economic support from the state. It is substantiated that the system of financial and economic stimula-tion of the development of smart industry should combine the considered measures of monetary (monetary and credit) and fiscal (tax and budget) stimulation of the introduction of advanced technologies of smart industrial development. At the same time, it is extremely important to make a justified choice of the list of appropriate measures to stimulate such development. To ensure the optimal choice of directions and types of such stimulation of the introduction of advanced technologies of smart industrial development, the construction and study of appropriate economic and mathematical models becomes relevant. Conceptual provisions on modelling financial and eco-nomic stimulation of the development of the national smart industry are proposed, which form the scientific basis for choosing directions and types of such stimulation of the introduction of advanced technologies of smart in-dustrial development. Promising research directions are outlined.
