METHODOLOGY FOR ANALYSIS OF MILITARY, POLITICAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC INTERNAL FACTORS OF ECONOMIC STABILITY
Анотація
The article examines the methodology for analyzing military, political and other specific internal factors that determine the resilience of the economy in conditions of escalating security risks and socio-economic instability. Economic resilience is defined as the capacity of a national economic system to preserve structural coherence, ensure continuity of critical functions, resist destabilizing shocks, and maintain the potential for sustainable recovery and long-term development. In the context of armed conflicts, political turbulence, institutional fragility, demographic pressures, and resource limitations, internal determinants increasingly shape macroeconomic stability and development trajectories. The study substantiates the need for a comprehensive methodological framework that combines systemic, institutional, structural-functional, and risk-oriented approaches. The systemic approach considers the economy as a complex adaptive system characterized by interdependence among sectors, feedback loops, and nonlinear reactions to military-political disturbances. The institutional approach emphasizes the role of governance quality, regulatory effectiveness, rule of law, and social trust in strengthening adaptive capacity. The structural-functional perspective focuses on shifts in sectoral priorities, redistribution of financial and material resources, and transformation of production and labor structures under security pressures. The risk-oriented approach enables the identification, classification, and assessment of internal threats and vulnerabilities that may undermine fiscal stability, investment activity, and social cohesion. Particular attention is devoted to the development of analytical indicators and methodological tools for measuring the impact of military-political instability on public finance sustainability, inflation dynamics, employment, infrastructure resilience, and strategic industries. The article argues that improving methodological foundations enhances the reliability of analytical results and supports evidence-based public policy aimed at strengthening adaptability, competitiveness, and long-term economic resilience in the face of complex internal and hybrid challenges.
