Quality infrastructure as a component of successful integration into the EU economy

The article examines the tasks of the domestic economy on the path to European integration. On this path, it is important to take into account both the radical innovative changes caused by the technological revolution and the changes associated with the development of the world system of economic relations. Ukraine is actively working to increase exports, which will become the basis for future economic growth. An important task for both the state and commodity producers is to develop production, attract investment, and increase exports of domestic products. An important component of the European integration process is ensuring the proper and effective functioning of the quality infrastructure system of Ukraine, which was created to ensure the safety and high quality of products and services. Quality infrastructure plays a vital role in business, innovation and trade – both at the national and international levels. Elements of quality infrastructure are a system of organizations that ensure the functioning of the quality system. They include standards, assessment methods, certification, metrology and other components. The article considers the main tasks of quality infrastructure. It is noted that the primary task is the innovative orientation of the economy and the growth of Ukraine's competitiveness in modern areas of economic activity. In this context, attention is focused on the main priorities. First of all, this is deepening cooperation in the scientific and technological sphere and intensifying the implementation of new contactless technologies. In addition, it is important to focus on strengthening interaction in the business sphere and ensuring employment. An important task is also the training of specialists in high-tech fields in order to adopt best practices in organizing highly efficient and competitive production in the field of high technology. A significant obstacle to the European integration of the Ukrainian economy is technical barriers to trade and conditions of access to markets for industrial products. The most ambitious task in this context is to create the prerequisites for the early entry into the EU market of products with high added value and an increased level of technological sophistication. Ukraine's aspiration to join the EU is an additional incentive for the development of mutually beneficial security cooperation, despite the current crisis phenomena provoked by the war. The purposeful, balanced implementation of this aspiration will contribute not only to ensuring Ukraine's security interests, but also to strengthening European and global security.
