Innovations in technology development and their key trends in the Russian economy

The article is devoted to the innovative development of technologies in the economic system of Russia and its federal districts in order to identify bottlenecks, form patterns in the development of an innovative economy. Modern development of the Russian economy is based on the transformational transformations of scientific knowledge into innovation, innovation goes from an idea to innovative development of technologies. High-tech production increases the competitiveness of the state, contributes to the formation of new high-tech industries with high added value. The study analyzes the activation of the level of innovative activity in the Russian economy and its federal districts. The costs of innovative activity in industries by its types of activity are analyzed. In the course of the study, two approaches were formed - process and innovative, which in the modern conditions of development of the macroeconomic environment contribute to determining the sequence of innovation development in technology, defining their key trends in optimizing production, increasing the efficiency of high-tech production, increasing the efficiency of R & D. The article proposes a model of transformation processes in order to mobilize the resource potential for the formation of infrastructure to meet the needs of the time. The development of federal districts in the innovative aspect is a necessary factor in increasing their competitiveness and technological sovereignty of the state, which is of particular importance in the context of an unstable geopolitical situation. The transition of the Russian economy to an innovative path of development is a priority task, which is reflected in the framework of regulatory legal acts governing the conditions of socio-economic development both at the regional and federal levels, reflected in (strategies, programs). Based on the process and innovative approaches, taking into account the conditions of the consistent transformation of scientific knowledge into innovation, which provides the very purpose of change, passing the path from an idea to a specific technology, the process of transformation of productive forces occurs, forming an integral process system of a new economic reality.
