PROMISING AREAS FOR ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE DIGITALIZATION OF PROCUREMENT LOGISTICS BUSINESS PROCESSES

Анотація

The article examines promising areas for ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises based on the digitalization of procurement logistics business processes. It is substantiated that under conditions of growing environmental uncertainty, sanctions pressure, disruption of logistics chains, and increasing requirements for business sustainability, procurement logistics is becoming a strategic element of the enterprise’s economic security system. It is shown that the digitalization of procurement processes contributes to greater transparency, traceability, and manageability of supply operations, reduces operational, financial, and corruption risks, and strengthens the sustainability of production activities. The key areas of digital transformation of procurement logistics are identified, including the creation of an integrated digital management environment, digital assessment and monitoring of suppliers, the use of predictive analytics, ensuring traceability of the procurement cycle, automation of price and contract control, diversification of supply channels, development of cybersecurity, and enhancement of personnel competencies. It is concluded that the digitalization of procurement logistics should be considered a comprehensive tool for increasing the resilience, adaptability, and competitiveness of industrial enterprises.
