Анотація

The work reveals the essential characteristics of the main components of the post-crisis analysis of the restoration of socio-economic systems.It is characterized that the post-crisis analysis of the restoration of socio-economic systems is a system of special knowledge, which is based on the laws of functioning of systems in crisis conditions, and is aimed at evaluating, diagnosing and forecasting the development of systems in the process of their restoration in order to make effective management decisions.It has been proven that the post-crisis analysis comprehensively covers the main stages of the life cycle of the crisis and is initiated in order to assess the losses caused by the crisis and develop post-crisis recovery mechanisms.It was determined that the subject of post-crisis analysis is the processes and results of system development in the process of their post-crisis recovery under the influence of objective and subjective factors.The main classification features of types of post-crisis analysis are highlighted and graphically presented: according to the nature of post-crisis recovery objects; by the stage of development of the crisis situation and the stage of post-crisis recovery; by frequency; by organizational and structural levels of post-crisis management.It has been proven that the functions of post-crisis analysis are not limited to the analysis of the causes of the crisis, but include: determining the possibilities of crisis prevention; development of recovery and development plans; determination of priorities in the use of resources; assessment of the recovery process and social dissatisfaction with recovery measures of crisis management subjects; determination of forms of institutional cooperation in the course of post-crisis recovery.It was determined that the post-crisis analysis of complex socio-economic systems is based on general scientific, economic, political and legal, sociological methods of cognition and Big Data analytical tools.It has been proven that the results of post-
