SYSTEM FOR EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES
Анотація
In modern practice, use two main approaches to the formation of a system of performance indicators: the financial performance of the enterprise; on the success factors of the strategy or business model used. The author substantiates the need to use the factor of organizational and communication platform to ensure the management of strategic development of Ukrainian enterprises. A new methodological approach to the study of management processes of strategic development of Ukrainian enterprises from the standpoint of the need to ensure the integration of dispersed enterprises within the sectoral self-regulatory organization based on problem-oriented and situationally constructed organizational and communication platforms of enterprise development.
