TRANSFORMATION OF EMPLOYMENT IN UKRAINE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MIGRATION
Анотація
Among the various factors influencing the labor market and employment, it is important to consider migration factors -both long-term and those that emerged several years ago.Ukraine has been an active participant in international migration processes for many years.During 2005-2021, Ukraine experienced relatively high migration flows and population changes of varying intensity (Fig. 1): in 2010, it amounted to 16,100 people, in 2012 it was the highest (due to the Euro 2012 championship) -61,800 people, and in 2020 it was the lowest (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) -7,200 people [1].
