The article examines innovations in logistics processes as a factor in improving enterprise performance. The essence of innovation and its role in the transformation of enterprise activities under dynamic environmental conditions are considered, emphasizing their importance for ensuring adaptability, efficiency, and competitiveness. The place of logistics processes within the overall system of enterprise activity is defined, as they ensure the management of material, information, and financial flows and significantly influence business performance. The importance of logistics processes is manifested in their impact on cost levels, resource turnover, service quality, and the overall coordination of activities within the enterprise and along the supply chain. The main directions of implementing innovations in logistics processes are characterized, including technological, organizational, and information-related ones associated with the automation of operations, the use of digital technologies, analytical tools, and the integration of information systems. The application of such innovations contributes to improving planning accuracy, enhancing coordination of logistics processes, reducing uncertainty in management, and increasing the reliability of operational decisions. Logistics systems are considered as the environment for the implementation of logistics processes, covering all stages of flow movement from supply to final consumption. The role of transport as a key component of these systems is highlighted, as it ensures the physical movement of resources and the continuity of logistics processes. The features of transport enterprises as participants in logistics systems and the expansion of their functions in the context of logistics development are outlined, reflecting their transformation into integrated service providers. It is established that the implementation of innovations in logistics processes is accompanied by changes in the management system and contributes to improving the efficiency of resource use, reducing costs, and enhancing the quality of logistics services. It is shown that innovations form a comprehensive effect that covers economic, operational, and managerial aspects and ensures an increase in enterprise performance, as well as greater flexibility in responding to changes in the external environment.
