ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRYIN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL

Анотація

The article is devoted to modern trends in digital globalization and technological progress, as agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are faced with the need to adapt to new operating conditions. Digitalization, covering a wide range of digital tools, is a key factor in ensuring their competitiveness and efficiency. The use of various digitalization strategies, such as technical digitalization, expanding the range of products, introducing advanced innovative technologies and expanding export opportunities, is a promising approach to optimizing management and increasing production efficiency in agriculture. By creating new additional jobs, small agribusiness helps solve the problem of unemployment, regulate socio-economic instability, improve the material security of the rural population, raise the cultural level and reduce the migration outflow from rural areas. However, digital transformation also faces challenges, such as attracting additional financing to ensure innovation, overcoming technological difficulties associated with the use of digital technologies, and the need for professional training in working with advanced agricultural technologies. Thus, effective management of challenges and successful implementation of digital transformation becomes a key task for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The National Digitalization Development Plan, with the appropriate involvement of all stakeholders, as a basic element of the strategy for the socio-economic development of rural areas, has a positive impact on the digital transformation of the agricultural sector of the agro-industrial complex. The dynamism and scale of digital transformation processes set a special priority for the practical implementation of the concept of sustainable socio-economic development of the country (in particular, rural areas) based on the digitalization of areas of activity.
