ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE MANAGEMENT PARADIGM OF HIGHER EDUCATION: FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPLES
Анотація
The article examines the transition from traditional approaches to innovative models of higher education management in crisis situations, including war. The importance of rapid adaptation of universities to new realities is described, in particular, the introduction of digital technologies and distance learning to ensure continuous access to education. The role of academic entrepreneurship is considered as a component of a new management paradigm that allows universities to integrate science, education and business, contributing to economic development and solving social problems. Special attention is focused on the functions and principles of academic entrepreneurship, which ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of higher education institutions. The importance of partnerships with state, international, private institutions to provide resources for the partial implementation of scientific and educational initiatives is emphasized.
