Discussion Paper on China’s Carbon Tax
Анотація
High carbon model a serious constraint on China's future development, low carbon economy will become an important breakthrough in China's construction of civilization. The carbon tax is important part of environmental tax, and environmental tax is also known as the ecological tax, green tax or environmental protection tax. How China will levy carbon tax is an important social issue of common concern. Future design and reform of China's carbon tax system can also be considered. Whether China can levy the carbon tax, there are still many uncertain factors.
