. . . , , , , . . .The activities of agricultural enterprises are directly related to the use of natural resources and have an impact on the environment.Therefore, the implementation of management on the basis of socially responsible agricultural enterprises and the development of appropriate tools is of particular relevance.Social responsibility implies understanding the broad interests and expectations of society.It is based on respect for legal norms and fulfillment of legally binding obligations.The article highlights the main problems and needs of managing an agricultural enterprise on the basis of social responsibility.The essence of social responsibility for business is revealed.The concept of corporate social responsibility in relation to Ukrainian agriculture is considered and the peculiarities of management on the basis of social responsibility for agricultural enterprises are indicated.The trends of corporate social responsibility in 2022 in Ukraine are presented.The social responsibility of an enterprise is defined as actions that benefit society.Business should not only be profitable, but also contribute to the welfare of society.Management decisions should take into account social, ethical and environmental aspects The key strategies of social responsibility in land use and the perception of socially responsible land management for the rural population are highlighted.The author emphasizes three types of social responsibility that should be taken into account by managers in the management of agricultural enterprises, namely, economic, ethical and legal responsibility.The types of social programs for the implementation of social responsibility for agricultural enterprises in practice are proposed.The main obstacles to the implementation of social responsibility programs are considered.
