APPLICATION OF MODERN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGERIAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MANAGERS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Анотація
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of the development of managerial culture, its components and impact on the professional activities of managers. Particular attention is paid to the formation of managerial culture in the process of training, which includes the integration of modern management technologies, socio-economic interaction and self-development. The development of managerial culture of future managers of vocational education institutions is considered as a key factor in the efficiency of management processes in modern conditions. Innovative approaches to the training of future managers are considered, in particular, the role of a systematic approach to the formation of managerial culture, which ensures the successful implementation of educational goals and promotes the development of vocational education in Ukraine, is revealed. The role of modern digital technologies in shaping the managerial culture of future managers of vocational education institutions is analyzed. The attention is focused on digitalization as a key factor in the formation of highly qualified managers capable of responding effectively to the challenges of our time. It is found that digital technologies not only change the teaching methodology, but also transform the managerial culture, provide new opportunities for the development of leadership and management skills. The article highlights the impact of information and communication technologies on the process of executive training, in particular through the introduction of blended and distance learning, the use of virtual learning environments and mobile platforms. Particular attention is paid to the advantages provided by digital technologies, such as flexibility, accessibility, personalization of learning and development of communication skills. It has been researched that the use of modern digital technologies in the development of the managerial culture of future managers of vocational education institutions will contribute not only to improving the quality of education, but also to the formation of a new generation of managers capable of effectively responding to the challenges of our time and implementing innovative solutions in management. The article analyzes the challenges faced by educational institutions in the process of integrating digital technologies, including insufficient preparation of teachers and students for new learning environments, the willingness of educators to adapt to changes and use new opportunities to improve the educational process, and proper preparation for the administration of work with modern technologies, which allows them to maximize the potential of digitalization in education.
