Structure and dynamics of the Global Economy in the 21st century. X. Economic dynamics of the MiddleWay Countries in 2010-2024

The purpose of this research is to analyze the economic dynamics – defined as changes in key economic indices over time – of a small group of MiddleWay Countries. This group separates the major Building Blocks of the Global Economy (the Global North and the Global South) by a narrow strip on both the plane of the base pair of economic indices {D, P} and the plane of the conjugated pair {П, Q}. The study relies on statistical data covering the period from 2010 to 2024. The tool for analyzing country dynamics is a dynamic sextet – a set of six graphs showing the dependence of economic indices on time and the trajectory of countries on the economic index planes. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identification and characterization of the economic dynamics of this group of countries over a fifteen-year period, with an attempt to classify economic and demographic changes according to several recurring patterns. The findings, when combined with earlier analyses of the economic and demographic dynamics of selected groups of countries – including the MiddleWay Countries, the Economic Giants, and the Demographic Giants – for the decade 2000-2009, as a result, provide a comprehensive basis for understanding the dynamics of the Global Economy over a full quarter-century (2000-2024).
