Responsibility Social Monitoring as The Sustainable Development Basis

Анотація

Ukraine has experience in institutionalizing and implementing corporate social responsibility practices. The problem is the high level of differentiation of social responsibility levels to the state and staff depending on the business entities size. Thus, for the formation of the national model of entrepreneurship social responsibility it is necessary to introduce mechanisms of state regulation in economic practice by levels of government (macro, meso, micro) and levels of responsibility (to the state, staff, society). The methods of the business environment research are used: systematization and generalization to study the peculiarities for the formation of the national model of entrepreneurship social responsibility; system methodology of research of social and economic processes in the object models form; statistical and economic analysis to determine the level of business entities social responsibility; grouping, logical and strategic analysis to substantiate the basics of the concept of entrepreneurship social responsibility. In investigation there were developed theoretical and methodological approaches to the institutional support of the national model of entrepreneurship social responsibility; the methodological approach to the development of the typology of types, forms and levels of social responsibility of entrepreneurship has been improved; the methodical substantiation of social monitoring of business social responsibility on levels of responsibility and the sizes of the enterprises is developed. The studying results of social responsibility depending on the business entities size, levels of government and levels of responsibility are the basis for improving the national model of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine.
