The mechanism of financial restructuring of an enterprise as a determinant of capital intellectualization in the anti-crisis management system

Introduction. The article examines financial restructuring as a key tool for crisis management, which is of strategic importance in conditions of economic instability, digitalization, and high competition. It shows that modern restructuring should go beyond purely financial measures and include the formation of intellectual capital as the basis for sustainable development. In this context, it is particularly important to study the synergy between restructuring and intellectualization within a systematic management approach. The purpose of the study is to develop a scientifically sound mechanism for the financial restructuring of an enterprise as a factor in the intellectualization of capital in the crisis management system. Research methodology. The methodological basis consists of systemic and interdisciplinary approaches that integrate the concepts of strategic management, finance, intellectual capital theory, and digital transformation. Methods of comparative analysis, content analysis of scientific sources, and logical-structural generalization were applied. Results. It is substantiated that strategic financial restructuring has transformational potential aimed not only at stabilizing the financial condition, but also at updating the business model of the enterprise with a focus on intellectual resources. An adaptive restructuring model is presented, which includes the stages of stabilization, management transformation, intellectual capital development, and long-term efficiency formation. Approaches to restructuring (classical, innovative, systemic, stakeholder) are systematized, and key internal and external factors of its effectiveness are identified. The role of intangible assets, digital technologies, and knowledge management in crisis management is emphasized, as well as the need to integrate intellectual capital into all strategic processes of the enterprise.
