Світовий досвід реалізації моделей промислової політики

Анотація

В статті узагальнено досвід реалізації моделей промислової політики окремих провідних держав світу (США, Великобританії, Франції, Німеччини, Австрії, Японії). Досліджено вплив обраних моделей на соціально-економічний стан досліджуваних країн. Результати узагальнення може бути використано при адаптації закордонного досвіду до умов впровадження промислової політики до пріоритетів розвитку вітчизняної економіки. Підкреслено, що розробка національної промислової політики має спиратися на багатий історичний досвід високорозвинутих країн та одночасно виходити з власного минулого й сучасного соціально-економічного і політичного розвитку країни. Виявлено основні проблеми у впровадженні державного регулювання розвитку економіки та промислового сектору в провідних країнах світу з метою використання світового досвіду при можливій інтенсифікації державної промислової політики в Україні. The article summarizes the experience of implementing models of industrial policy of individual leading states of the world (USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Austria, Japan). The influence of the selected models on the socio-economic situation of the countries studied was studied. The results of generalization can be used when adapting foreign experience to the conditions for implementing industrial policy with priorities for the development of the domestic economy. It is emphasized that the development of a national industrial policy should be based on the rich historical experience of highly developed countries and at the same time emerge from one's own past and the present socio-economic and political development of the country. The main problems in the introduction of state regulation of the development of the economy and the industrial sector in the leading countries of the world are identified with the aim of using world experience with the possible intensification of state industrial policy in Ukraine.
