State regulation of employment and unemployment at the labor market

The subject of article is research of employment policy of population in Ukraine, which direct to ensuring state regulation of unemployment in the modern conditions of developing of labor market. For analysis of legislative base of Ukraine in employment sphere and her comparison with international recommendations where used allscientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, expert appreciations and others. The results of work. The analysis of legislative base of state regulation of unemployment population in Ukraine was conducted. The survey of native state policy in employment sphere was accomplished about questions of unemployment, and international experience of state regulation this sphere too, and the proposes to improvement of this sphere are suggests with inside of international standards and recommendations. Results of research may be used by all interesting sides, inclusive government bodies during improvement of mechanisms realization social-economic employment policy and state regulation of labor market. The conclusions. The legislative base of state regulation of unemployment is imperfect today. The improvement of the currently legislation in force for more legible definition of labor relations in this sphere will permit to cut down no legal employment and to promote social protection of unemployment-men. These and many other tasks in the decrease of unemployment is to use the recommendations of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and taking into account the national features of the state of the labor market, as well as related to the improvement of normative-legal base of the regulation of the unemployment population.
