cOnDITIOn Of DeVelOpmenT Of The cOnsTrucTIOn InDusTryOf The KhmelnyTsKy regIOn summary.The article investigates the state of construction industry in Khmelnitsky region.It was found that the construction industry is an integral part of the economic relations system, the result of which is the creation of fixed assets of all sectors of the national economy.The main key components that characterize the development of the construction industry are identified.It is established that with the development of the construction industry will develop: production of building materials and related equipment, machine building, metallurgy and metalworking, petrochemicals, glass production, woodworking and porcelain industry, transport, energy and more.And like no other sector of the economy, construction contributes to the development of small businesses, especially one that specializes in finishing and repair work, the production and installation of built-in furniture.The activity of construction industry entities of Khmelnitsky region over the last five years was analyzed by these components.The analysis showed that: 1) the financial results of the business are improving every year and the level of profitability of the business entities is increasing; 2) the volume of sales of construction products is increasing and the structure of production volumes is changing (the number of construction of engineering structures is increasing); 3) there is a rapid decline in the economic entities of the region that have innovated in their activities; 4) investment activity has little positive dynamics, but the share of construction investments in the total value of investments has significantly decreased; 5) the number of employees is reduced as the volume of construction increases, which indicates an increase in the number of illegal workers.The changes that have occurred in the financial, production, innovation, investment activity of the entities of construction industry are revealed.The directions of development of the branch, which are to create a favorable investment climate in the region, real financial and credit mechanisms for stimulating industrial and housing construction with the purpose of increasing the competitiveness of the industry are offered, because the market conditions of management require the formation of new foundations of relations between the participants in the capital process.
