CREATION OF NEW TERRITORIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE

Анотація

The research consists in the analysis of the reasons and factors affecting the need for the formation of new industrial zones in modern Ukraine. A detailed overview of the reasons for the lack of territories suitable for the implementation of large investment projects is provided. Through the development of methods of creating territories for the implementation of investment projects, practical recommendations on steps to develop such territories for state authorities and local self-government bodies have been provided. Attention is focused on the need to implement measures to develop the engineering and transport infrastructure of potential industrial zones. Taking into account the significant risks that Ukraine is facing today, according to the authors, it is optimal for local self-government bodies to implement "soft" measures to develop potential industrial territories in order to prepare for the post-war «investment boom». The role of the state in the process of implementing projects for the development of investment sites is separately highlighted, and recommendations for improving state policy in this regard are provided.
