LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNET RESOURCES: THE PRINCIPLES OF A HUMANISTIC APPROACH

Анотація

This article explores the principles of humanistic approaches to the legal regulation of internet resources in the context of Ukraine's information society development. It examines the dual nature of technological progress, highlighting both opportunities for socio-economic and scientific advancement and challenges such as misinformation, ethical dilemmas, and information security threats. The study emphasizes the importance of balancing freedom of expression with accountability, aligning with international legal frameworks like the European Convention on Human Rights. Key topics include the necessity of "soft" state registration for internet media, the presumption of information reliability for registered platforms, and enhanced accountability for content dissemination. The research proposes legislative amendments to strengthen information security, promote trust in digital media, and counteract the misuse of internet resources in hybrid warfare. By addressing the evolving dynamics of digital spaces, the article contributes to the discourse on sustainable and human-centered internet governance.
