The article presents a comprehensive study of structural elements and functional mechanisms aimed at strengthening the market positions of modern logistics operators operating in an extremely volatile and unstable environment. The thesis is substantiated that in the era of global turbulence and permanent crises, traditional, linear risk management has exhausted its potential and must undergo a fundamental transformation. Instead of a reactive response to threats, the implementation of a holistic, integrated system for ensuring operational stability, which covers all levels of supply chain management, is proposed. The essence of the definition of “operational stability” is revealed. It is interpreted not simply as the passive ability of a logistics system to withstand external shocks or aggressive environmental factors, but as the dynamic ability of a business entity to promptly restore its functional integrity and target performance indicators without a critical loss of economic efficiency. Particular attention is paid in the work to the innovative concept of “antifragility”. Unlike simple viability, antifragility allows logistics companies not only to survive in times of chaos, but also to use the state of strategic uncertainty as a powerful incentive for internal evolution, cost optimization and improvement of key business processes. It is determined that adaptability is a fundamental property of modern flexible management, which ensures the viability of a logistics node. It is proven that deep integration of digital tools, cloud technologies and predictive analytics systems into the architecture of the logistics system is an alternative way to minimize operational losses. The use of big data (Big Data) allows you to form predictive models of market behavior, which ensures the long-term strategic competitiveness of the company even during peak periods of economic instability. The conclusions formed in the article create a theoretical basis for the development of new strategies of proactive management in the logistics sector of Ukraine.
