METHODOLOGY OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE POLICY IN THE SPHERE OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY IN UKRAINE
Анотація
The current environmental legislation of Ukraine is analyzed to determine the monitoring and assessment system of the state environmental policy. It has been established that when forming this system, one should use the methodological foundations of public administration, which define it as a function of such management. The ways of improving the state environmental management are proposed. Keywords: methodology of monitoring and evaluation; effectiveness of state policy; sphere of environmental safety.
