ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL SUPPORT FOR ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE HOUSING RIGHTS OF CITIZENS, HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE PERIOD FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY UNTIL NOW
Анотація
The administrative and legal support of the activity of public administration subjects in the field of housing rights of citizens, housing and communal services and public works in the Soviet period was rather complicated and multifaceted in the decision. It is proved that the Civil Code of the Ukrainian SSR in 1963 enshrined the basic provisions of the activity of the authorities regarding the provision of housing to citizens, the procedure for responding to violations of construction rules, rules, and procedure for the conclusion of housing leases. Only with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services" of 2017, the issue of housing and communal services began to settle and meet the requirements of the present. It is argued that the activities of the authorities in these areas changed with the development of technical equipment for housing and communal services, public relations in the field of utilities, and housing rights of citizens.
