Анотація
The study focuses on the creation of contingency logistical routes for railway passenger transportation in case of infrastructure destruction.A systematic approach to planning, technical adaptation, and organization of alternative routes is examined, along with practical measures for maintaining transport operations under wartime and crisis conditions, using Ukraine as a case study.
