Management of the Mental Resources of the Enterprise
Анотація
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among transformational \nenterprise resource portfolio and mental aspect. An approach to systematization of \nelemental components of a resource portfolio based on the principles of effective \nmanagement of the provision of enterprise resources is proposed. The claim that the \ncomponents of a resource portfolio include components of a vector according to such \nparameters as mental, client, structural, and human is substantiated. The article is \ndevoted to the identification of the factors of enterprise development and functioning \nin the conditions of transformation of the genesis model of generation.
