INSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL MECHANISMS OF ENTERPRISE ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM

<p class="p4"><span lang="EN-US">Economic security nowadays is one of the dominant conditions of enterprise activity. To provide economic security of the enterprise is possible only by system basis. Functioning of system of enterprise economic security is provided by two mechanisms – mechanism of system functioning and mechanism of system managing. Those mechanisms contain some mono mechanisms with complex hierarchy. Monomechanisms that are used both in mechanism of system functioning and mechanism of system managing are institutional and legal ones.</span></p><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of institutional and legal mechanisms of enterprise economic security system is considered. Generalized features of such mechanisms and their hierarchical position are defined. Institutional mechanism of enterprise economic security system is considered as instrument of making interconnection between enterprise partners inside and outside. Basing on results of analysis of institutional mechanisms comprehension and their logical generalization essence of institutional mechanism in system of enterprise economic security is considered. Structure of institutional mechanism of enterprise economic security system is defined using subject-object approach. Functions of institutional mechanism are considered. Legal mechanism of enterprise economic security system is shown as element of institutional mechanism in the part of implementation of formal institutions, i.e. norms, rules, laws. The meaning of legal mechanism of enterprise economic security system, its structure and ways of action are shown</span>
