ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC INDICATORS ON THE MIGRATION PROCESSES OF THE POLISSYA ECONOMIC REGION

Анотація

Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу соціально-економічних показників на міграційні процеси Поліського економічного регіону. Оскільки багатофакторний вплив міграції на соціально-економічне становище країни вимагає постійного вдосконалення системи регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції задля отримання соціально-економічних переваг від участі держави в міграційних процесах, визначено фактори впливу на міграційні процеси, зокрема соціально-економічні показники Поліського економічного регіону, адже стратегічне положення регіону дає змогу активно залучати Полісся не тільки до розвитку міжрегіональних внутрішніх зв’язків, але й до торговельних та виробничих взаємовідносин України з іншими державами, створення вільних економічних зон, розбудови міжнародної системи торгівлі, транспорту та зв’язку, створення зон міжрегіонального та міждержавного співробітництва. (The article is devoted to the study of the impact of socio-economic indicators on the migration processes of Polissya Economic Region. As the multifactorial impact of migration on the socio-economic status of the country requires a continuous improvement of system of regulation of international labor migration in order to obtain socio-economic benefits from state participation in migration processes. Migration is changing the social situation both economically and politically in the region. Until a certain point, it proceeds unnoticed and primitive, non-systemic in nature, expressing only the movement of individual individuals and groups, resulting conflict potentials and economic indicators of the regions of exit and reception are altered. Gradually, under the influence of many factors, migration flows take on a massive and generally spontaneous nature, which cannot but affect the stability of the region. All this leads to an objective need for a theoretical understanding of problems of stability in the migration process and the search for models of sustainable development, as well as forecasting. Therefore, the factors of influence on migration processes, in particular socio-economic indicators of the Polissya Economic Region are identified, as the strategic position of the region allows to actively involve Polissya not only in the development of interregional interrelations, but also in trade and industrial relations of Ukraine with other countries, creation of free economic zones, develop- ent of international system of trade, transport and communication, creation of zones of interregional and interstate cooperation. It is revealed that the stability of society is one of the most important national priorities. Only in the stable existence of society is the life of its members most productive and its development most favorable socio-economically, politically and demographically. Continuous migration processes across regions pose many challenges to society and are also a kind of system of socio-economic signaling, as the resettlement of individuals is triggered by various causes and factors that are indicative of society’s instability and conflict. All types of migration processes are represented in the Polissya Economic Region: internal migration, emigration, immigration (including illegal), which suggests that the study of the influence of socio-economic factors on migration processes is very important.)
