INSTRUMENTS FOR PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FINTECH MARKET IN UKRAINE IN CONDITIONS OF POST-PANDEMIC ECONOMIC RECOVERY
Анотація
The features of the fintech market and the prerequisites for its development are analysed. The factors that influenced the development of the industry on the world market are considered. The regulatory framework of fintech in Ukraine is analysed. Legislative initiatives for the development of the financial technology market in Ukraine, which are important for creation of fintech ecosystem, are analyzed. The importance of use of new regulations based on the experience of European countries but only if considering the current state of the economy and national interests is noted. The main tendencies on the market of financial technologies in the world and Ukraine are analyzed, the expediency of application of new technological decisions in the conditions of post - pandemic recovery of national economy is substantiated. The main problems of the fintech market functioning and risks in the context of mistrust, cases of fraud, insufficient level of public awareness have been identified.
