ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗВИТКУ ВИРОБНИЦТВ РІДКОГО МОТОРНОГО ПАЛИВА

Анотація

The article establishes that one of the conditions for enhancing the country’s energy security is the elaboration of an efficient organizational and economic mechanism for the development of liquid motor fuel production, which currently occupies a significant place in the balance of energy resources of the country. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the scientific and methodological support for the elaboration of an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of liquid motor fuel production in Ukraine. The article justifies the main components of the organizational mechanism for the development of the industry specialized in producing liquid motor fuel in Ukraine. The mechanism comprises three blocks: analytical support, decisionmaking, execution of decisions. It involves analyzing the state of the market and technologies, assessing the country’s fuel security and determining its development priorities, modeling development scenarios, as well as creating technological platforms and clusters. Instruments for the implementation of this mechanism are technological platforms and clusters. The organization and maintenance of their functioning in Ukraine should be carried out in accordance with a methodological approach that consists of the following stages: preparatory, organizational and functional one.
