Анотація

The study of the plot of the development of the sphere of intellectual services made it possible to identify general patterns in the development of a specific type of services and to identify the forecast directions for the development of intellectual services according to the classic development scenario: creation of optimal conditions and stimulating factors that will have an increased impact on the dynamics of indicators of turnover of intellectual rights and intellectual property, will stimulate the improvement of the quality of intellectual services and, as a result, the level of estimated value of intellectual services, intellectual rights and intellectual property, as well as market value and value for potential customers and consumers; application of a systematic approach and comprehensive influence in state regulation on the organization of the process of formation and consolidation of intellectual rights; clear regulation of securing the official status of the copyright holder, the functions of protecting the interests of the copyright holder from violation of their intellectual rights, the development and application of strategic tools for their protection; evaluation of existing lending programs and evaluation of new lending projects secured by intellectual property and intellectual rights; training and retraining of personnel in the field of intellectual services and in the field of artificial intelligence. The sphere of intellectual services forms intellectual systems, which are a modern mechanism and a powerful tool for the development of various areas of activity and spheres of influence, forming a platform for the implementation of the result of the symbiosis of science, intelligence, innovation and digitalization in the economy, the synergistic effect of which we observe and feel in the active development of the economy and sustainable development of territories. The sphere of intelligent services continues to develop actively, which arouses great interest on the part of scientists and economists, forming new areas of scientific research, the search for scientific solutions for the use of intelligent systems in various fields, the provision of intelligent services for clients and consumers of financial, economic, legal, technical, innovative, consulting services and a wide range of legal services.
