Conceptual principles of human resources management in the field of public service of Ukraine: socio-psychological aspect

Анотація

The article examines the socio-psychological aspect of improving human resource management in the public service of Ukraine. It is highlighted the priority ways of human resources management development in the field of public service of Ukraine, that based on the sociological research: training of specialists in the field of personnel management that meet modern requirements; reorientation to the approach, according to which the personality is a socially significant component of public administration; wider application of socio-psychological methods of human resource management. Taking into account the socio-psychological approach, the conceptual principles of human resources management in the field of public service are substantiated and a set of measures aimed is developed at developing and building the institute of public service of Ukraine in the direction of its approximation to European standards. It is substantiated the conceptual approach for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at the development of the institution of public service in the direction of its approximation to European standards.
