National and international aspects of support for Ukraine’s energy sector in the context of war
Анотація
We note that the restoration and development of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure is one of the key strategic priorities both during the war and in the post-war period. Success depends on effective support for the sector through a combination of bank lending, state aid and international investment.
