The Role of Controlling in the Process of Enterprise Development
Анотація
The role of controlling in ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise is studied. Features of formation of the information resource within the functioning of economic entities are considered. It is found that an effective system for providing the circulation of management information is an important component of ensuring the enterprise development and increasing its level of competitiveness. It is proposed to organize the circulation of management information at enterprises by means of controlling as a modern management model. There visualized the circulation of information within an enterprise both under conditions of creation of the controlling service and the lack of such subunit.
