Investments in the development of human capital of agricultural enterprises

The main provisions and principles determining the approaches to the evaluation of human capital of agrarian enterprises have been formed: setting goals – a clear understanding of the goals of human capital evaluation and directions for using the obtained results to determine the methodological toolkit for further research; minimization of errors – differences in the assessment of human capital arise due to the amount of error in the specification of the target, which determines the calculation methodology. Accordingly, the lack of a final goal leads to the appearance of incorrect measurements and significant errors in calculations, the size of which is uncertain and quite large; egocentrism – the numerical level of accumulation of human resources in the agricultural sector, which is an arithmetical projection of human capital on the amount of capitalized human potential, which is its qualitative characteristic, makes it possible to draw up a socio-economic section of the agricultural sector for its evaluation; asymmetry – the assessment of human capital in the farming industry as a form of collective interaction of people cannot be represented by the arithmetic sum of its individual representatives; formalization – the quantitative assessment of human capital cannot be presented in an abstract form, while the measurement units may be different, but their combination should be logical and scientifically based; aggregation – the problem of algorithmizing the human capital assessment process is quite complex due to the variety and variety of factors that determine this process. It is established that investments in human capital are expenses aimed at increasing the future productivity of employees and contributing to the growth of future incomes of both individual owners of capital and society as a whole. Markers of the formation of human capital of agrarian enterprises are proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of investments: demographics – are the initial component of the formation of human capital, laying its foundations; social – based on rate ratios of changes in statistical indicators of the social infrastructure of villages and territories and investments in the development of human capital; capitalization – analysis of the dynamics of increasing the efficiency of the use of investment resources; productivity – a system of indicators characterizing the productivity of human capital in the agricultural sector.
