THE STRATEGIC PLANNING IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY
Анотація
In the article basic theoretical principles of realization of the strategic planning are considered and generalized in a management activity by an enterprise in the modern terms of menage. It is shown that the strategic planning in a management is a mechanism by means of which managers can see priority directions of realization of guidance an enterprise. Also, it is worth noting that different approaches to the construction of the system of the strategic planning require the clear forming of the program of management activity an enterprise.
